Let’s Bake

  • To prevent the cookies from sticking to the pan, coat your baking pan evenly with cooking spray while the oven is pre-heating.
  • When stirring your cookie batter, the mixture may look dry. Keep mixing until the batter is smooth… be patient as it can take some time to get it just right! If your batter still looks dry, carefully add 1 mL of water at a time. Don’t forget to stir in between.
  • When scooping batter onto the baking pan, try to make the cookies all the same size so they bake evenly.

Decorate Like a Pro!

  • Use a toothpick to create the dimples that appear on the Girl Scouts® Thin Mints® Cookies.
  • Add shredded or toasted coconut you have at home to the top of your Caramel Coconut cookies to make them even more delicious!
  • Peanut allergy? The PB Sandwich & Chocolate PB Refill Packs do not include peanut butter.
  • Customize the PB Sandwich recipe by adding your favorite nut butter, ice cream, jelly, or other favorite filling!
  • Mint Chocolate/Chocolate Flavored Coating packets: It’s perfectly okay if the chips have melted together in the packet – they will still be delicious!
  • When melting toppings on the warming station, stir the mixture to help it melt faster and more evenly.

  • Always hold the warm baking pan using an oven mitt.
  • Never leave oven unattended while cookies are baking.
  • Always use the baking pan when putting food on the oven’s warming station. Never put food directly onto the warming station.
